2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You may not share accounts or impersonate another person.
• You agree to notify us of any unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or exploit other users
• Post illegal, misleading, or deceptive content
• Attempt to bypass verification or safety systems
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation or spam
• Upload content involving minors

4. Verification & Safety

Bonded uses photo and video verification, human moderation, and reporting tools to maintain a safe environment. We reserve the right to restrict or remove accounts that fail or bypass verification.

5. Subscriptions & Points

Paid subscriptions and BND Points are governed by separate Paid Subscriptions & BND Points Terms.

6. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you upload.
• You grant Bonded a limited licence to host and display your content for platform operation.
• You must have rights to any content you upload.

7. Termination

Bonded may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail verification, or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct.

8. Disclaimers

• Bonded does not guarantee matches, interactions, or outcomes.
• User interactions occur at your own risk.
• Bonded is not responsible for user-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonded shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws specified in applicable Bonded legal policies.
