• Bonded is strictly 18+.
• Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account or use the app.
• Any attempt to misrepresent age is a violation of our Terms of Service.

Photo & Video-Based Age Assessment

• During onboarding, users are required to complete photo verification supported by a short video capture.
• Submitted photos and videos are assessed by trained human moderators to determine whether the user appears to meet the minimum age requirement.
• This process is used solely to help prevent underage access to the platform.
• Accounts that appear to depict individuals under 18 are restricted and reviewed.
• If an account is suspected or confirmed to belong to a minor, it is permanently removed.

Reporting Mechanism

• Users can report suspected underage profiles directly within the app.
• All child safety reports are reviewed promptly by human moderators.
• We take swift action on reports involving potential minors.

Moderation & Enforcement

• We use human moderation and ongoing monitoring to enforce our age policy.
• We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward underage users and any content involving minors.
• Attempts to bypass verification or age restrictions result in immediate account termination.

Legal Compliance & Cooperation

• We comply with all applicable child protection laws and regulations.
• Where required, we cooperate with law enforcement and child protection authorities.
