As the level increases, more features unlock naturally, such as photo sharing, voice notes, and eventually the option to exchange numbers or social handles.

When you’re stuck for ideas, AI Spark prompts both you and your match with thoughtful questions you answer together, helping you discover what actually matters to each other. It’s about alignment, not endless chatting.
Bonded limits the number of active conversations to encourage focus and reduce being left on read. Once you start a conversation, it occupies one of your chat slots. You can choose to continue the connection or end it, but conversations aren’t parked indefinitely. This creates accountability and keeps intent clear on both sides.
When you match with someone, they enter your match pool in the order you matched them. If you liked them, the next step is simple: start a conversation and see if there’s a connection. When you move someone into a chat slot, they’re notified that you’re ready to talk. If they don’t respond within a short time, you can add them back to the match pool and select another. Premium features allow more control over match ordering.
Bonded lets you send gifts directly through chat, without sharing personal details. Whether it’s a meal, a treat, or something thoughtful, gifts are handled securely through the app. Your match receives the gift digitally, without either of you sharing addresses or sensitive information. Thoughtful gestures, without privacy concerns.
Everyone on Bonded plays by the same rules. You can see how many chat slots a user has occupied at any time. This makes intent visible, not assumed. If someone you’re interested in is currently focused elsewhere, you can choose to send a shot message to get their attention.

Verification on Bonded includes human review. Once submitted, our team checks each verification request. You’ll be notified when your profile is approved and ready to use. If something doesn’t match, you’ll receive clear guidance on what to update before resubmitting.
Bonded is for adults only. Verification helps ensure users are over 18. Formal ID is not required, though additional confirmation may be requested if age is unclear.
Sometimes you see someone you’d like to connect with, but you haven’t matched yet. Shot messages let you send a direct message to show clear intent and see if they’d like to start a conversation. Shot messages live in a separate inbox, keeping regular conversations focused and uncluttered.

BND points are the native Bonded points that allow users to use certain in app features, send gifts, send shot messages and claim rewards. BND points can be purchased from the Reward Vault. All purchased BND point fall under the "Redeemable" category. This means they can be used for to claim rewards. They are also redeemable if sent to other users. Non-Redeemable points are those that are gifted by us. They can only be used for in-App features. So if you don't have Premium, you can use the non-redeemable points to access some of these features.
Bonded is built to avoid grey areas. When someone receives a shot message, they make a clear choice — accept or decline.
Bonded includes a built-in Rewards Vault where your points are stored securely. The vault shows your current point balance and how points can be used whether for in-app features or for redeeming rewards. Everything is managed directly inside the app.

Redeeming rewards is simple. From the Rewards Vault, you can choose how many points to redeem and complete the process in-app. Rewards are delivered digitally, such as via email gift cards, which can be used across a wide range of retailers. Availability may vary by region.
